Home address different from Billing Address

We often have problems with individuals registering for an event where the billing address is different from their home address.  They enter their home address, uncheck the "Use this as Billing address" and enter the billing info in the next screen.


What happens to the home address?


The BBNC plugin only brings in the billing address (and sometimes that is not the person attending the event, they just "borrowed" a credit card).


Is there any way to see the first Address the user added in the form?

I hope your week is going well! Currently, Blackbaud NetCommunity will only capture the address used for the billing information for payment receipt purposes. Improvements to the event registration process are on the roadmap for Blackbaud NetCommunity, though, and the roadmap for 2017 is available in our resource library here.

I hope this is definitely part of the upgrade. That would be very helpful.
