Blackbaud Mobile Pay transactions

Our organization is beginning to test the Blackbaud Mobile Pay solution (with BBMS).   We want to use this at upcoming events to allow for onsite preregistration payments for the subsequent year’s event.     We currently use Luminate Online and TeamRaiser to manage our events.  We do not use BB CRM, FE, Raisers Edge or Altru for which I have read that there is partial integration with Mobile Pay.  Not for Luminate Online or TeamRaiser though.

Does anyone have any information on how to import Blackbaud Mobile Pay (BBMS) transactions into Luminate Online, specifically TeamRaiser?  Or, does anyone have any have any experience with event onsite payment collection and getting the information into Luminate Online/TeamRaiser?  I only found 1 article on community dated 2015 and at that time, there wasn’t an easy way to accomplish this.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

@Randy Williams Hello Randy, we are also looking for a way to integrate MobilePay with our Teamraiser events. I have not been able to find any good answers. Have you had any success moving forward?

@Maggie Pimm We were never successful using BB Mobile Pay with TeamRaiser and has since been put on hold. Let me know if you find a good solution.
