Getting an error when Navigating to Email, Messages after upgrading to 7.1? Clear your browsers cache and cookies.

Following an upgrade to 7.1 it may be necessary to clear your browsers cache and cookies.  Editing email in a web page relies heavily on a lot of code 'behind-the-scenes.'


Some of this code may be cached across an upgrade and cause an issue.  The only action required is to clear your browsers cache and cookies.


If you find that after upgrading to 7.1, you run into an error when navigating to Email, Messages, go ahead and clear your cache and cookies.
