    Yes.  As long as the offline gift autoresponder is enabled.  Please make sure it is enabled if you want your donor to receive that autoresponder.  Disable it if you want to inhibit any offiline gifts from being sent as autoresponders.  Also, if there is no email address as a part of your offline gift upload, it will not send an email because no email address exists.

  • Thank you! Is there a way for the participant to be notified that he/she received a gift? Currently, our participants are not being emailed when these types of gifts are uploaded.

    Thank you! Is there a way for the participant to be notified that he/she received a gift? Currently, our participants are not being emailed when these types of gifts are uploaded.

    If you have the "Someone has made a gift on your behalf" autoresponder turned on, it should send that notification to the fundraising participant.  Otherwise, you could recommend, through a coaching email, for your participants to review their "Status" tabs inside of their Participant Center to review what gifts have come in to their fundraising page.
