Hi Karen:


There are a few different ways to enter offline donations. See below.


1.  For donations to a participant:

     Go to teamraiser and click on the participant link. 

     Look up participant name and open their record

     Here you will see any donations that were made to support the participant Online and any pledges they entered and you have to confirm.  If you are confirming, search and 

     find one you need to confirm.  Click on Edit if you have to add any information or click confirm.

     If you have to add a new offline gift, on the line that says Gift History, to your right is a link that says Enter Offline Gifts.  Click on that link and follow the instructions to enter 

     the gift.


2.  For donations to a team:

     In teamraiser click on Teams

     Search for the team you want to add a donation to and click manage.

     On the left click on Record Team Donation.

     Following the instructions to enter the gift.


3.  For general donation:

     In teamraiser, click on Event Gifts

     Click on Record Event Donation

     Follow the instructions to enter the gift.

Our events team now gathers a spread sheet and I import them periodically after I found out they were spending hours entering them one by one manually.
