Colorado State Senate deliverability issues

Is anyone else seeing major deliverability issues to Colorado State Senate? I think they are addresses only, not webforms.

I checked in with our Advocacy product manager to see if he was familiar with any issues with Coloardo and he wasn't. The best thing to do is to open a support ticket and have them look into it. I'd also be interested from any other clients that are seeing issues with this state. So please chime in if you are!
