Yes, you can setup an automatic email notification or post to your chatter if a donation is declined.

In LCRM search for a report "Credit Card Declines" or "Recurring Gifts with CC Declines". It's part of LCRM standards report. Filter date and run report.

Click on Run Report and schedule furure report and send notification to the admin.

Option 2 - Use the Subcribe button to post it on Chatter or email to the admin.

Thank you so much Ebenezer. But if I am following correctly, I think these instructions will set up a schedule to deliver a report that may or may not have new declines in it? I am looking for immediate, automatic notification when a CC has just been declined.

How about a workflow that triggers when stage is updated to declined credit card that sends an email?
