In the most recent "Secrets of Salesforce" eblast from Ryan Ozimek, Soapbox Engage, they mention the benefits/possibilities of non-profit users using Salesforce Leads. Is anyone else using Leads? Can you share how your organization is using Leads? It sounds like an interesting idea for major donor prospecting.
