Participants Automatically Marked As Private

Our participants are automatically being marked as private unless they are the team captains. How do we change it so they are not marked private?

Might want to check the backend configuration of your Teamraiser instance esp.



3. Select Event Options  > Edit Advanced Options (Under Related Actions) > b. Define Event Options  .

Search for the following 2 parameters / checkboxes:

• # 3. Participant Personal Page Availability after Registration  (uncheck the checkbox if it's checked)  -- this would likely be the culprit of making personal page private upon registration especially if they never go to their participant center to update their page (there is a toggle on/off within the PC2 to let user have option to make their page private/publicly searchable)
• # 9. Participant Personal Page Modification Approval  (uncheck the checkbox if it's checked)
