Editing Recurring Batched gifts

Is there a way to edit recurring gifts that have been batched? Once the gift appears on the donor's RE account, the text on the gift is gray and can't be edited. Suggestions?

    If your Batch is setup to mark the gifts as Posted, most fields will be grayed out.  Check your Batch setup and change that field to Unposted (if you generally post your gifts, you'll want to follow your normal procedure after any last edits are made...but I'm guessing you don't).



    For gifts already committed as Posted, you'll want to use the Unpost Gifts Plug-In.  If you are Hosted, this should already be available.  If you are not Hosted and don't have the Plug-In installed, you'll need to download and install it (https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/42684).  You will need all users to be signed out of the database in order to run the Plug-In, and you'll want to be sure you have a backup of your database, just in case.
