Participant center update

Per CSM, Renee Crosby, here is a how-to video as well as step-by-step instructions for updating your PC:

• Go to TeamRaiser and find the tab that says Participant Center (screen shot below).
• Click UPGRADE.
• You will be asked if you want to make a copy. Make a copy.
• You should then see two Participant Centers, one showing the current 15.7 version.
• You’ll then need to edit the teamraiser event to attach it to this upgraded Participant Center.

 

• Click on the TeamRaiser List tab, choose your 2015 event and click edit.
• Click on item number 3 and you should see the new updated participant center as a choice in the drop down list.
• When you go back to the PC list, you’ll now see 1 TR attached to that PC and any others attached to the old one.
