Adding Online Express to a Coworkers Raisers Edge

Hi Steve,


I am trying to add Online Express to our Database Coordinator's Raiser's Edge so that she can process the donations. She downloaded and ran the plug in that you sent me a while ago. Online Express shows up on her Raiser's Edge bar, but she can't see incoming gifts. She also doesn't see the Transactions Options when we click the account button. Is this a security setting? Could you tell me how to address this.

  • Well, yesterday when she logged out and back in, she couldn't access the gifts. But when she logged in today, she could. Problem is resolved!
  • There are a few simple steps to allow others at your organization to use Online Express:



    1. Make you have this user added to your Online Express security settings.


    2.Have them install the Online Express on their desktop computer.


    3. Have them log into The Raiser's Edge.



    Online Express should appear for them in the left-hand menu in The Raiser's Edge.
