How do I install and sign-up for Online Express?

You can install, provision, and start using Online Express is just a few simple steps. There's also an installation checklist available if you need it.



Before you install Online Express, verify you have The Raiser’s Edge version 7.92. Also, be sure to exit and sign out of The Raiser’s Edge before you begin your Online Express installation.



1. Visit the Online Express download page and click on the install button.



Note: You must use Internet Explorer 8 or higher to run the Online Express installer



2. Provision your account from within The Raiser's Edge.



Note: You must have Supervisor rights to provision Online Express the first time



3. Pick your pricing tier



4. Create your billing account



5. Agree to the Terms of Service



Now you're all set to use Online Express.
