What if none of the email layout options match what I’d like to create?

Not a problem. You can modify any of the layouts when you design your email. From the Design email page, select the Layout tab to add or remove columns. You can also rearrange content on the Content tab.

Thanks for the feedback. Do you mean allowing email layouts to be used for the automatic email confirmations sent after an online donation is made?

Correct. I feel that the thank you note is so important, yet the options now are pretty standard and do not give me the opportunity to really connect with donors and share more about our organization.

Ok. I'm going to create a new and separate idea for this suggestion. It is an area that we have looked into making improvements.
