We sent an email yesterday and it does not show in the existing messages so that we can use that template but the email that we sent after it does show where could it be?

    Hi Heidi - do you see the email you sent yesterday in the email history or the performance details sections? These areas can be accessed from the email dashboard.
  • Yes, it shows everywhere except when you go to create a new email message start from an existing message. The email we sent after the alumni email shows but the one we are wanting is the alumni email and it does not show. Heidi

    Hrm - that shouldn't be the case. The recently sent messages should be a handful of the most recent messages in the system. We will look into this and see if we can reproduce the problem.
