I must be missing a step, but am new to this. Have downloaded a few transactions, and matched with constituent, but don't see donation appear in RE under that constituent.

We recommend watching the "Download transactions" video. You match constituents, put them into a batch, and commit the batch.



Follow this path in Online Express: Help > Help videos > Download transactions

Once you commit the batch, then the gift data is placed on the constituent record. Happy to setup a screen share and walk through the steps.
