Steve - when I am downloading transactions and updating a record that is already in the system the new email address downloads into the record as the type - assistants email. I have looked through the help topics and re-watched the video. Am I missing where I would choose the email type?

It looks like The Raiser's Edge is automatically picking the first email type in your system, and it would appear that it's doing it in alphabetical order.



You might want to look at those settings in The Raiser's Edge and see if you can reorder the email types. This would be the short-term solution.



We're going to look into this and investigate how soon we could add a feature that would allow you to choose the email type in Online Express. This would be the long-term solution.
