E-mail function not working - tried Test Message and created a query for recipient list - neither are working

I've tried to send our first e-mail message using OX. I composed the message, formatted it, etc. When I come to the Get Ready to Send screen, I entered my e-mail in the Test Message field and clicked Send Test, then waited. Nothing happened, so I went into our spam filter and made sure that our "from" e-mail address is white listed.



Tried the test again. Still not happening. I created a query in RE with my e-mail and some of my co-workers'. I added that query to the Recipient List and hit Send Message. Then waited. Still no e-mail. What am I doing wrong?
