Error when bulk processing from Events

I'm getting an "unhandled exception" when using bulk processing in Events for Online Express. Any suggestions? Also, how do I select a batch number or template for the registration fees? Thanks!

    You can set the batch number for Events by following this path: Events > Download transactions > Tools > Transaction Options
