  • - Can I center my images after resizing them to desired size?

Yes, just click on the "Style" tab, select the area you want to center, and adjust the Horizontal alignment.

    - Do you have standard social share and social follow icons I can insert and link to our sites?

No, not yet. But we are working on adding a new social share email widget.

    - How do I update the address information that is at the close of our e-mail template?

Follow this path: Online Express > Email marketing > Organization Info

Just remember that an emails that you have already created will have the old address information.

    - Is there a "Click to view in browser" option that recipients will see when receiving my e-mails?

No, but for a good reason. This type of feature is quickly going extinct in the email world. That's because the majority of email messages are now being viewed in browser applications already. Plus, Online Express emails should look good in both desktop and mobile devices without needing this link.

We recommend using the top of the email for a "pre-header" instead. Let me know if you'd like to see some examples.

    - How do I/can I hyperlink text in my e-mails to go to webpages, giving pages, etc?

Just use the link tool in the text editor or the donation/event widgets.

    - Could you offer boxed text and boxed image options?

We're adding some design options that will allow you to create borders on the entire email and sections. Stay tuned...

Finally, when in doubt --- watch the videos in Online Express. They explain how a lot of these things work.
  • Quick update. We've now added support for social media icons in email messages.

From the Content tab of the email designer, you can now drag and drop a social media widget to include links to your social sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. In the edit window that appears, select which social media links to include and enter the corresponding URL and display text. You can also choose whether to display your social media links as large icons with text or as mini icons with no text.

Note:The URL fields for Facebook and Twitter auto-populate with information from the Organization info page, which you can access from the Account menu.
