  • Hi, Jessica! I've had this issue before too, and it's something our QA team is looking into. A temporary fix we've discovered is to update Internet Explorer to IE9. It seems to be an issue with Internet Explorer 8.
  • I'm having the same problem with Fine Tuning on donation pages not loading. We are unable to switch up to IE9 right now, so I changed my default browser to Google Chrome (most recent version). I went back into see if this helped and it worked one time - but has not worked again since that one time. I've double-checked that Chrome is still the default browser and it is.

Not sure what to try next.

Hi Robin, I'm sorry to hear you are having issues. As of April 2014, Microsoft is no longer supporting IE8. As such, Blackbaud Online Express no longer supports IE8 functionality as of June 3rd, 2014. You should have received a communication about this update with more details.

The Raiser's Edge uses IE automatically to render web content like Online Express, so setting Chrome as your default browser won't address the issue you are experiencing, unfortunately.

I would suggest you work with your team to upgrade IE, not only to address Online Express compatibility, but to ensure you are within Microsoft's supported products for security updates and enhancements.

Thanks for the quick reply Matt, will see what we can do.
