Is there a cap on giving amounts on Online Express donation forms?

There is not a technical limit on the number of giving amounts, but our research suggests that more than 5 options has diminishing returns.



I would recommend 4 to 5 options and the "Other" option on your form.



Be sure to look at your historical giving data. My guess is that there is an optimum range for your ask amounts.

What I meant was is there a cap on how much someone can give. For example, i had someone try to give $14,000 online this morning and it would not let them. They even called their bank to verify funds and the bank gave approval. They ended up doing a direct debit due to the credit card option not working.
