Why are unusable emails not listed even though there is a bounce rate?

Bounce rate is 3.6 %, but nothing is showing up under unusable emails. My list contained one static query and one dynamic query.

  • There are two kinds of bounces:


    - Soft Bounces: Like the email account is full or there's a delay on the other end.


    - Hard Bounces: The email address is bad or doesn't exist anymore.



    I look at the email you sent. Both bounces are soft bounces. We continue to send to those email addresses. They might eventually turn into hard bounces.



    Online Express only shows hard bounces and opt-outs in the "Unusable emails" section.
