Online Express Install

I have downloaded the online express to Raiser's Edge and had no problems. Until...I logged back in to Raiser's Edge and the icon does not appear for Online Express. Did i miss a step?

Kyle, were you logged in as a user with Supervisor rights?



Initially, only Supervisors have access to Online Express. Rights for additional groups can be added in Online Express, Integration Options.

I added them as a group in Integration options and it worked.
