We currently process Electronic Fund Transfers thru Batch Query and Exporting a file to the bank. Through Online Express it states you must have Electronic Fund Transfer Module to accept Direct Debit donations. Is this module different than the the batch generating process?

    Hi Barb. Yes, EFT is an optional Raiser's Edge module that allows you to automatically process recurring gifts and to collect through direct debit. It works with the batch process but is a separate "thing".



    This video describes the EFT module and gives a pretty good overview of what it is and how you interact with it.
