Confirming our Registrants

Our Confirmation Screen for our Mission Gala event is coming through as "gobble-d-gook". The email is being sent correctly but our registrants are a bit confused as to whether the transaction completed while they are on our website. Is there a reason from the Online Express end that this may be happening and is there a way to make it present in the manner that it was composed on the Event Form Designer screen?

Hi Terry. We may need to communicate offline about this, but would you by chance have a screen capture of what your registrants are seeing on the confirmation screen? In my browser I temporarily pasted in a sample confirmation message while on your event page (i.e. I was the only one able to see this) just to see if any styles on your site were by chance interacting with how the confirmation message appeared, but it looked fine and perfectly readable/understandable.
