Linked Fund in Donations Transaction doesn't exist

I received a donation from our general gift form and the transaction fund data is coming across "Not Linked: Adventist Hospice Physical Therapy Department, 5835 NE 122nd Ave, Portland, OR." That isn't a fund, but I do know where they are trying to direct their gift. I'm trying to change it in processing but I'm not able to pull any funds or fund descriptions in the Gift Fund Details window. How do I get around this? (And how do I prevent the "choose other fund" from resulting in this in the future?)
