Gift options suddenly not showing up with correct formatting.

Check boxes are showing up under the first few letters of the gift level options (see this site as example: https://www.fi.edu/benefactor-society ) I worked with our web team to set up these forms initially, being very careful to make them look good, but suddenly the layout has changed. I've confirmed that nothing has changed on our end. We have a very simple website and don't have access to the CSS. I have tried changing the font sizes and adjusting other parts of the form to no avail. Has there been a change to OE that could have caused this?

I looked at your website and there is some custom CSS on your website which specifically hides checkboxes and radio buttons. I will reach out offline to discuss to see what we can do to help.
