Problem with 'Billing Address' in Event Forms

Since Online Express updated today, we have been having problems with our event registrations forms. When people are going onto the event form, some have boxes for both American address information and British address information under 'billing address' (so it is including state, province suburb as well as county, city and postcode), whereas others just have British address information boxes. This is showing up on two of our event registration forms, one that has been live for a while now and another that is currently being made. We want our registration forms to all display the same content from every computer, preferably asking only for the British address information. Could anyone help us with this?

    Thanks, Rosa. We investigated and we are not seeing the issue on your form from our side. We suspect this is a javascript caching issue happening with your Internet Explorer browser on your machine.



    This wouldn't effect your donors since it only occurs when you are reloading form repeatedly like when designing in Fine Tuning.



    A quick way to confirm this is to just view your form on a different browser like Chrome or Firefox or from someone else's machine in your org.

    My computer is not the only one that is experiencing this problem. I am currently using chrome, but when I opened up the live registration form in Internet Explorer it was showing the same problem.

    Fine Tuning actually uses Internet Explorer under the covers but I am surprised you are seeing the same issue with Chrome. I'll reach out offline to discuss.

    Can I not edit the form in Online Express to remove the sections asking for an American address?
