Problem sending e mail test

I'm trying to send an e mail from a test query I've run with 3 e mail addresses. On the Get Ready to Send tab, I search for my query which shows with the 3 names. However, when I click on send it tells me there are no names in the query. Can you help. please? Thanks

Hi Moi. I would suggest double checking your email mapping in BBOX, and then make sure that the three email addresses in your test list have mapped email types that match your mapped BBOX email types.



To check your BBOX email mapping, click the "Account" menu in the upper right, then select "Integration options". From there, select "Email mapping" in the menu on the left, then select your email mapping preferences.
