In the event of an organization purchasing a sponsorship for an event that comes with 5 tickets as a benefit, how can that organization indicate with this registration that they only wish to accept two of those five tickets? I tested this scenario this afternoon two ways: first by selecting same as billing and bill later for several - which ended with two guests being entered into the events module and me being registered twice, and second by leaving those fields blank, where is was then prompted to complete them before the form could be processed. Both of which are not ideal. Is there any way for the event form to be configured to perform successfully in this scenario, meaning register 2 out of 5 people?

Hi Kristen. BBOX doesn't currently support organization registration, however we are working on that functionality right now and if all goes well we hope to make it available in December of this year.



As far as registrant count, you can allow the anonymous individual registration feature in the "Field options" step of the event setup, then change the label of the "register later" check box to whatever you like in the "Fine tuning" step. For example, maybe "No thanks, I don't need ticket". This will allow the registrant to skip that step. In the back office you will still receive an anonymous registrant for this scenario, however you can easily delete that away if you would prefer.

Thanks, Matt! I appreciate your response. I guess in the meantime, that would be a acceptable solution; it would be ideal to not have the additional clean-up after the registration, but I'm sure in the future this will be taken care of. Glad to hear that organization registrations will be coming within the next couple of months!
