Batch Design reverting to default

Bulk Processing - Two questions/ comments:-


1. Why do the videos recommend that you process all transactions individually? It creates a new batch for each transaction, which seems really time consuming?


2. When processing transactions and copying a batch design from a previous batch (with the fields we require), it then reverts back to a default design and although the fields we require are present, many others (which we don't require) appear, which makes it more time consuming to process. Does anyone else have this problem?
