Issue with linking organisations to individuals when processing a donation - address information missing

Any advice on processing transactions where someone gives a donation through their company. In our Transaction Manager it is linking to the organisation or allowing us to add a new organisation, however the business address is not pulling though onto the organisation record! Furthermore the individual's address type is showing as Home when it should be Business, this will cause problems if we wish to mail to that person as if type is Home, their Organisation name won't pull through. They should put a video up for this.
