It would be great to be able to setup a record template when creating new constituent in BBOX

Options
When adding a new constituent, we have many fields that are required. Many of them have the same info needed for all BBOX new constituents. Therefore it would be great to be able to establish some "defaults" in BBOX that we could apply to all new constituent records when they are created in BBOX during the download transaction process. That would save a lot of time for us!

    Hi Lars, sorry for missing this post. I'm far from an RE expert - but looking at the RE help docs I found this:



    -Open a constit record


    -Open the "Constituent" menu, then "Load defaults from..."


    -Select the default set you want to edit then click "Open"
