How to keep Online Express from over-riding established RE record info?

Is anyone else having problems having OE override unwanted RE record info? Even when I unclick Accept box on unwanted info, OE changes previously entered info to use donor's abbreviations, changes primary constituents and uses lower case if the donor sloppily adds their info in this format. How do I fix this?
