Need to be able to notify Honoree without creating a new Relationship to themself

Must be able to send a tribute to the honoree in Online Express. I had several gifts come in recently "In honor of Bob & Janice." I link the tribute to Bob Smith, pick the IHO Bob & Janice tribute, and it creates a new relationship for Bob & Janice Smith on Bob & Janice's record. That's crazy! Now I have to go in and clean their relationship tab and get rid of the relationship of themselves to themselves. Extra work. Not every tribute wants to notify someone else. We need to have this functionality.
