When trying to download new subscribers to my email I can't add a new record or merge with an existing record.

Options
When I try to do so there is only the option to cancel, not save, and I cannot maximise the screen (I think 'save' might be hidden). How do I do this? We have 20 people wanting to subscribe but I can't process them.

Hi Bev. I would suggest that you check out the video tutorial for this feature if you haven't yet done so already - it will walk you though how to processes your email signups. You can find video help in most areas of the product by looking for the "Video tutorial" button in the top right. The videos are short, to the point, and are specific to the page you are looking at.

  • Hi

I'm afraid I can't find the video, there is no video help button in the top right once I click on 'download signups', the only help video I can find is how to create the sign up form. I have also looked on You Tube. Please can you send me the link to the right video? It looks to me like I only have the option to cancel once I make changes, instead of save.

Hi Bev - can you share a screenshot of what it looks like for you? It should look like this:

  • It seems that I don't have the 'process selected signups option' and I can't enlarge or maximise the screen to see it, all I can see is cancel.

Hi Bev - it looks like Windows scaling is the culprit. You can adjust this in Windows 7 like so:

Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display: Make text and other items larger or smaller.

From there, ensure that no zoom is being applied, it should be set to 100%, not 125% or 150%.

Hopefully that does the trick! We are looking into how we can make that work more gracefully in the case where scaling is used.
  • Great, thanks!!
