Are there plans to include phone number field on the Event Page? Is there a way to take the Country out of the required fields for address? This just adds one more line to an already long form and seems to be unnecessary for this exercise. Is there a way to include a "Comments" box on the Event page, like on the Donation page so that it might be named Corporate Name in case there are Corporate Sponsors for the event (as there is no way at this point to make a reservation for an Orgainzation.

Hey Terry, thanks for the feedback.



-Including phone to donations and other transaction forms is something we plan to add in the future.



-Country is currently a required field, as many customers have international supporters. For local events however I could see how this may not always be the case.



-Currently we don't support comments for event registration forms. Is there anything other than organization registration that you may want to capture with comments, or is org registration the primary need?

Ni Nike. You can now add phone number to the billing information of the event form. On step 3, "Extras" you can choose to include/require phone number.



For a future update, we are looking into optionally adding phone to event registrants as well.

I meant the need for registrant phone numbers. Thanks for having the donor phone number available as an "extra," I'd never seen that as not an option as we've only had BBOX for a little over a month. :-)

The ability to ask for phone number for event registrants has been added to release 45 in late January 2015. You can add this option using the "Field options" step of the form editor.
