How do I refund an event registration that was used as a test?

Several staff members wanted to test their registration websites by doing a test registration with a credit card. How do I refund those transactions and remove them from the dashboard?

Yes, you can login to your Blackbaud Merchant Services account to refund the credit card transaction.



Go here and login: https://bbms.blackbaud.com



Yes, you can also delete the transaction from Online Express. Just click the "Download transactions" icon in Events. Unfortunately, it will not adjust your dashboard at this time.

We added the ability to mark processed transactions as refunded so they do not impact the BBOX dashboard. This has been added to release 45 in late January 2015. This feature can be found when searching for gifts in the donation history.
