Having issue on embedding javascript to our website

We are having problem on embedding javascript to our website. Does website administrator need supervisor right on Blackbuad for embedding javascript?

Hi Erica, sorry to hear you are having issues. You don't need to set up any special supervisor rights or anything like that to embed forms.

Thank you for getting back to me quickly.


We outsource a company to maintain our website, and basically what I did was sending them the javascript in window's notepad. And They said the page was not able to display.


On my end, I keep getting this message on Online Express page:

Was there a final answer to this question? Our organization is having the same problem, and we cannot enable SSL in our pages because Squarespace does not offer that capability. Does blackbaud offer any solutions for clients that don't have a CMS through which security can be manually enabled?

Blackbaud strongly recommends that any transaction based form live on an SSL secured page. The form will still work without it, however you will receive a security warning on your dashboard letting you know which pages are not SSL secured. More importantly, many donors will expect to see the SSL lock on the page where they enter their credit card information, and without it some donors will abandon their gift.
