Allowing frequency options for recurring gifts

Is there a way to allow donors to choose when they want to give their recurring gift? When we used BBNC with the recurring gift module, we were able to add multiple frequency options. Our monthly gift program has advertised that donors can choose between two different days each month, but it doesn't seem like that's possible anymore. Now all the donor does is check a box and then is automatically signed up. But he or she can no longer choose their preferred day for processing.

Hi Brooke. When we researched this feature, we found no negative impact to conversions when donors were not given the choice of when their monthly gift was processed. In fact, keeping the form more simple is always a positive when measuring donation conversions. This approach also offers a benefit to most organizations that do not want to process monthly gifts multiple times per month.



That said, this is something we could reconsider in the future, and we appreciate the feedback!
