How to view hard bounce error codes

Need some help viewing the hard bounces since none show in unusable emails, which is hard to believe, and of those hard bounces what are the error codes?


Currently only able to see opt outs.

You can view the hard bounce data by hovering over the dotted underlined "hard bounce". Like so:

Tests were ran to email recipients that were known to be hard bounced but the hard bounce doesn't appear in Online Express, only opt outs appear. Please help.
