Opt in or out of adding appeals to RE

I wanted to see if I could get clarification on how appeals are generated and added through OE. We have sent out numerous eblasts this year and only two have ended up on constituent's appeals tabs. I know the "add this data to RE" option is supposed to pop up when you send an eblast, but I just did a test and that didn't happen. Any advice? Thanks!

    Hi Peter. You are right in that you add the email action data by using the "Add this data to RE" button.



    The button does not pop up however at any point; to view the stats of the message and access the button, find your message using the "View all messages" link on the dashboard, then selecting "View stats" on whatever message you prefer.
