  • Hi Pat - Yes, after you send an email in Online Express you will then send the data to RE which will put the data on the appeal tab of the constituent record. It will include the subject, date, and response (clicked, bounced, gave, etc).
  • Hi Michele - Thank you so much. We are new to Online Express and are trying to get familiar with how it works compared to NetCommunity.
  • Hi Pat! Awesome! I am here to help. Check out some of the new customer success seminars we have coming up http://bit.ly/OLXSeminars
  • Hi Michele - I noticed "Gave" appeared in the Response section of the Appeal when the email list was imported, however no gift was actually given. Not sure what that response means. Is that an automatic setting in Raiser's Edge that we need to change now that we are using Online Express?

Michele - can you please ask product developers to re-work the send data to RE appeal tab works. There is not a way to "refresh" so to get the updated data you have to re-add an appeal and then there is more than one appeal for the same email. Also the naming of emails is not editable and it would be great to be able to use the same appeal for different emails - this helps keep the appeals list managable.

    Thanks - Laura
