Recent Form Errors. What do we do?

An alert just popped up in OEX stating that there was in error on our donation page: "the request failed with HTTP status 503...Service Unavailable. Exception thrown by call to BBPS. A donation payment may have been cleared but HIGHLY unlikely. A transaction has been created but not for download..." What do we do? How do we resolve this?
