Minor issue, but why is On-LIne Express support separate from all other Blackbaud products?

If I go to my regular support page on the Blackbaud website, I cannot find anything about On-Line Express. Searching the knowledge base on the Blackbaud site never yields any results for On-Line Express issues. Kind of annoying to have to go to a different site. But like I said, minor issue in the grand scheme of things.
