Gift Confirmation emails

It seems that I am not always receiving copies of the email confirmations for donations made online. This is helpful for cross checking information. I received them through April 8 and now it seems that they are not coming through. Any suggestions?

Hi Rosemary, I would suggest opening up a chat support, they should be able to help troubleshoot the issue.
