I'm not sure this is the appropriate category for this question but for lack of a better one, here goes: Is anyone using SmartSheet web forms to manage internal RE/NC data requests (from staff)? If so, please send me a link to your web form - I promise to just look & not submit!  I'm trying to get a feel for how detailed/complex you can be on these forms. I'm also interested in what other Smartsheets you're using in your development office. If we're going to invest in this product, it would be good to use if for more than just one thing.

I use Smartsheet as a project managment tool, but I do not use the web form to manage requests. We've had so little luck in the past with request forms and are such a small department (now just me, in fact!) that I just have people email requests. Forms seem easy to set up, though.



The reason we purchased the product was so that others could view the project log and receive alerts/updates on project progress. No one really seems to be doing that, but at least now they could if they wanted to. I haven't really been able to get the reporting feature to do what I want (not enough flexibility/options), but that hasn't been a deal-breaker for our purposes. I like the simple spreadsheet format - it isn't scary to users.



I will try to send you a link to the form I set up for my own use to record projects that come in by email...but right now the Smartsheet site won't load, which happens occasionally. Sigh.
