The 4.0 release includes significant investments in content resources designed to help you get the most out of Blackbaud CRM.   We’ve compiled some of highlights of these new resources for you below. 

 

The Online Help Panel is a tabbed panel that brings online Help topics directly into the program.  When you click Help, a panel appears from the right side of your screen and displays content specific to your page or screen. For more information, refer to Online help panel.

• View a high-level overview of Batch functionality
• View a high-level overview of Import functionality
• Learn how to apply payments to commitments in Batch
• Review how to create an ad-hoc query and understand how the program determines results
