Important Community Update!!

Hi everyone!

 

We’re upgrading the BBCRM community!  As part of this upgrade, we will be migrating our current community to a new platform. 

 

One important thing we want you to know is that during this final phase of the move (which started today), we must make all community posts "read-only" and block the creation of any new posts. You are free to search and browse community posts on this community platform but just not create new content. All interactive functionality will be turned on in the new community when it launches Wednesday, April 8.

 

The new community is a one-stop shop for all Blackbaud self-service resources. Check it out at community.blackbaud.com. 

 

Between now and April 8, we encourage you to log in to the new community, complete the onboarding process, and begin exploring the site. Then, on April 8, you will receive a message welcoming you into the new Blackbaud CRM and BBIS community.

 

The Blackbaud CRM and BBIS area will be open to CRM and BBIS users who have Blackbaud.com logins.
